Daniel K. Cahn, Partner

Daniel Cahn has been providing litigation and transactional services to a variety of individual, corporate, municipal, and insurance clients for over 20 years.  Daniel specializes in civil litigation in both the state and federal courts in New York State, with a concentration in commercial litigation, real property matters, municipal/zoning and land use litigation, title insurance litigation, landlord/tenant matters, contract disputes, employment law, and personal injury/negligence.  Daniel also handles real estate transactions, contract negotiations, and estate matters.  Daniel is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.  Daniel obtained his J.D. from St. John’s School of Law and attended undergraduate at Colgate University.

Richard C. Cahn, Of Counsel

Richard Cahn, a graduate of Dartmouth College and Yale Law School, has spent many years in general practice and in heavy and complex litigation, including corporate, real estate, environmental, zoning, land use, and civil rights actions.  He has served as a member of the U.S. Magistrate Judge’s Screening Committee for the Eastern District of New York.  He is also a past President of the Suffolk County Bar Association and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  Currently, Mr. Cahn serves as Counsel to the firm.
